Turismo Channel was great!!! Their office was located in our hotel in Playa del Carmen and the booking process was easy and smooth. They were on time for pick up. The car was a compact car but plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. Vanessa was our tour guide and she really made the trip enjoyable. My husband and I were traveling with our young kids so we don't like to join group tours. That way we can run on our own schedule and have flexibility without impacting other people.
