Turismo Channel was great!!! Their office was located in our hotel in Playa del Carmen and the booking process was easy and smooth. They were on time for pick up. The car was a compact car but plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. Vanessa was our tour guide and she really made the trip enjoyable. My husband and I were traveling with our young kids so we don't like to join group tours. That way we can run on our own schedule and have flexibility without impacting other people. Ms. Vanessa Cardenas and Oliver Jiminez are absolutely incredible and delightful hosts! This was our second encore vacation trip utilizing their travel services due to our fabulous first time experience! Oliver and Vanessa provided all of our transportation and private tour services from The Cancun International airport to Playa Del Carmen, Xel-Ha Park, Tulum, Coba Ruins and Isle de Mujures! They were always dependable - early and on time! They created a perfect itinerary for us and delivered it with superb, friendly service! We will be back! Highly Recommend!!!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had when renting a car. We were disappointed by another rental company this morning, so I reached out to Vanessa from Turismo Channel to ask if she could arrange a car on short notice. She replied quickly and while I was walking towards their office she prepared the contract. I was outside again and driving the car very quickly and this saved our last vacation day in Playa. Prices are very fair and the car was in great shape. Everything was so much better and more personal then renting via the bigger and well known companies. Highly recommended and a big thanks to Vanessa!

Vanessa arranged a car rental for us to tour Tulum and Casa Cenote in our own time. Such fantastic, friendly & helpful service, sending transport to collect us from our hotel and dropping us off afterwards. Turisma also with so many tips and a fabulous restaurant referral.
